February
22 (Monday) – Salsas, Sauces, and Toppings
The perfect final touch for your food. We will cover all kinds
of sauces (for meats, vegetables and salads); salsas for Mexican
dishes, eggs, potatoes; and toppings for baked goods, breakfast
dishes and desserts.
April
12 (Monday) – Potatoes
All kinds of potato recipes that your guests will rave about –
gratins, galettes, roasted, smashed – and that’s just
the beginning.
May
17 (Monday) – Lemons
Lemons are not just for fish or tea. We will make lemon muffins,
lemon curd, lemon bars and more.
June
21 (Monday) – Yeast Breads
There are still breads I want to show you how to make –
dinner rolls, buttermilk bread, cinnamon-raisin bread. They are
easy to do and will certainly impress your guests.

More classes will be scheduled for the fall of 2010.
Classes are limited to 15 participants.
All
classes will begin at 11:00am and end no later than 1:30pm. The
class fee includes a brunch that will include an item that I will
be demonstrating; and will include a baked product that you can
take home.
Fee:
$40.00 ($20 for Guests staying at Olallieberry Inn.)
